If we are not happy with your services, what can I do?
You may first tell your guide immediately to avoid any potential similar problems from happening again during your travel. If your situation is quite serious, and you want to have a complaint, please kindly send us an email or call us in 30 days at the end of your trip. We don't accept any complaints after 30 day.
