Reservations and Payments
1.Our quotation is based on the real-time exchange rate between US dollars and CN Yuan. Due to the unstable fluctuation of USD currency, the quotations of your tours are subject to change and update before your final full payment made even after your confirming of the quotations. Therefore, we highly recommend you to make the full payment as soon as possible, and upon receiving of your full payment, all the loss of the currency fluctuation will be absorbed by us. And if you have children traveling with you, the prices of children who are under 2 years will be 10% of the adults; and children between 2 and 11 years old (including 2 years old and 11 years old) will be charged 50% of the adults entitled to an extra bed in the parent room; and children at 12 years old or above will pay the full price.
2.The reservation deposit USD200.00 per person should be paid by upon your confirmation. You can choose Online-pay or Offline-pay. For Online-pay, PayPal is a safer, easier and faster way. And if you prefer online-pay by credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, you could do it through Paypal as well. Please kindly notice that through PayPal, only USD is accepted, and there will be 4% service fee charged by PayPal, which should be paid by payees. Moneybookers is another Online-pay way, it is very convenient and there will be 1% service fee charged on your own. For terms of Offline-pay, Cable Wire Transfer is available, and bank charge is on your own. And it may take more than 14 days to get your payment. The following information is needed if you choose:

3.The reservation deposit charge per person is included in your total tour quotation. We will deduct the reservation deposit charge from the total quotation when you send the next payment. A reservation for your tour will not be considered firm until the deposit is received. By sending the deposit, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
4.The final payment should be paid 15 days prior to the tour by the above mentioned ways of A, B or C. The transfer charge is on your own. And no matter which way you choose to pay us, the notice by email or fax about the payment details are very important, which will help us to check the payment due and secure your reservation for your benefit and interest.
Changes and Cancellations
1.For any changes made 50 days prior to the confirmed tour, the client may enjoy our free change options. For any changes less than 30 days, the destinations and the duration of the destinations are not encouraged to be changed. For changes made less than 15 days, the transportation, guide service, special events or attractions are not encouraged to be changed. For changes made less than 24 hours or after the arrival, no change accepted, if the change does happen, the risen cost will be charged to the customers.
2.The reservation deposit of USD200.00 per person is non-refundable if the client makes cancellation of the tour but it may be applied for your next trip within 18 months. The reservation deposit will not be calculated into the charge of the cancellation percentage.
3.The cancellation charge will be a certain percentage of the tour price. More than 30 days before the arrival day, there is no cancellation charge; 30 days to 15 days is 30%; 14 days to 4 days is 50%; 3 days to the arrival day is 95%. Less than 24 hours or after arrival, the cancellation charge is 100% of the full payment.
4.After the tour begins, any extra charges caused by clients' changes will be added, as air cancellation fee, hotel cancellation penalty, etc. Any unused portion is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
5.If the client cancels the trip, the client must notify us by mail or by fax. We calculate your refund on the day when we receive the written cancellation by Beijing time. All refunds to the client will be processed within 20 days of receipt of your cancellation.
Group Size
The above private guided tour is tailored for you, your family or your friends exclusively. No other participants will be in your group. In another word, others will not join in your tour and you will not take part into any tours of others during our land services except the excursion parts of the Yangtze River Cruises or any other cruises. For the whole of your tour, you will benefit from a private guide and driver we provide. You will have flexibility within reason to agree your daily departure, sightseeing and even mealtimes with your guide in each city.
Passports and Visas
1. Please make sure that you have got your valid passport and visa 20 days before your entry to China. We can send you a free official invitation to assist you to obtain your visa after the reservation deposit is received, if you need it. 2. If your tours contain other Asian countries arranged by us, you are requested to check and follow the visa policy of the country you are going to visit at the nearest embassy or consulate.
Insurance
We are glad to offer you with our comprehensive travel insurance plan. We strongly recommend the purchase of this plan to protect you and your travel investment.
Responsibility
1. As a tour operator, we organize, promote and sell tour programs with certain travel services including guide service, surface transportation, air transportation, water transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations that we purchase or reserve from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tour programs are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours. We shall be exempt from any responsibility for loss or damage to property, injury of persons, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. We will make every effort to adhere to the published itineraries. However, we reserves the right to change any itinerary at any time based on local conditions, and will not be responsible for losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. We reserve the right to adjust the listed price at any time for any reason. However, we will not adjust prices once the tour has been confirmed and deposit has been received.
3. To the extent that we are involved in booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agent and not as an agent for the airline and/or cruise companies. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
4. When weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in transportation before the tour’s departure, we reserve the right to change the trains and flights we have arranged for you in the itinerary, and we make sure to guarantee your tour going smoothly unless the flights or trains are being cancelled or chartered.
5. We will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, or taxes, after we have received the full payment. Moreover, we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, or taxes before we receive your reservation deposit.
6. We are not responsible for acts of terrorism, political unrest, war, earthquake, landslide, delay or cancellation of the flights or cruises.
7. We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services that the client requires with the local agent, local guide or the driver temporarily in different cities beyond our confirmed itinerary. In this case, we will not take any responsibility for losses on shopping, extra attractions, destinations etc, but we will try our best to help our clients get out of the difficulties including chasing compensation if any damages or losses occur. Our mission is to provide an exceptional experience to every person who travels with us.
8. To be valid, all complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the end of the tour.
9. Participant is not allowed to change the confirmed itinerary, including transportation, hotel, meal and sightseeing. Any extra charge or loss incurred due to such change will be borne by the participant.
10. No refund shall be given for any portions of the package unused by the participant of his own accord.
11. Participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the governments of the countries visited, including but not limited to Immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. We will not be responsible for any penalties due to any regulations of the governments of the countries visited.
